Who operates this site

Solverex.eu is operated from Warsaw, Poland. Questions about data practices can be directed to contact@solverex.eu.

What data is collected

This site does not use registration, user accounts, or e-commerce. The following data may be processed:

  • Server logs — Web server software records IP addresses, request timestamps, pages visited, and browser type in standard server logs. These logs are used for security monitoring and are retained for a limited period defined by the hosting provider's policy.
  • Contact form submissions — If you use the contact form on this site, the name, email address, phone number (optional), and message you submit are received at the site's contact email address. This information is used only to respond to the inquiry and is not stored in a database on this site.
  • Cookies and local storage — The site uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your cookie consent choice. No third-party tracking cookies are set by default. If analytics services are enabled, they may set their own cookies as described in the analytics provider's privacy policy.

Cookies and consent

A consent banner is shown on the first visit to the main page. If you select "Accept," analytics may be loaded. If you select "Reject," no analytics tracking is initiated. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key cookie_consent and is not transmitted to the server.

You can clear this preference at any time by clearing your browser's site data for solverex.eu.

Analytics

The site may use web analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Any such tool is configured to anonymise IP addresses and is not used to build individual user profiles. No data collected through analytics is sold or shared with advertisers.

Third-party content

Images on this site are loaded from upload.wikimedia.org. When your browser loads these images, Wikimedia's servers receive your IP address and browser information. Wikimedia's privacy practices are described at meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Privacy_policy.

Web fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google's privacy policy applies to this data transfer and is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention

Server log data is retained according to the hosting provider's standard retention period. Contact form email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to address the inquiry. No personal data is stored in site databases.

Your rights

Visitors located in the European Economic Area have rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data held about them, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@solverex.eu.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in data practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
